What is your return policy?
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us for a return authorization form prior to returning your items.
No returns on special orders or non-stock items. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee over 14 days. Customer has the option of using their refund as an in-house credit and no 15% restocking fee will be charged.
All sales are final. Parts and labor are sold on a development basis. There is no warranty stated or implied due to the unusual stress placed on racing parts and we have no control over how they are installed and used.
How long will it take to get my shipment?
Most orders are able to ship out that day however, this depends on several factors:
- Where you are located
- If the product is in stock
- If the product is custom made
- If the product is drop-shipped

How are orders processed?
Orders are manually processed when using a credit card and therefore we can adjust the cost of shipping as needed. Orders over $3,000.00 require a consent form to charge your credit card. New customers ordering high priced items that select express shipping will also have to fill out a consent form.
Why is shipping so high?
Please feel free to call us during normal business hours and we can double check the shipping cost for you. However, you will only be charged for the actual cost of shipping.
I did not receive a confirmation email or a tracking number, do you provide either?
Yes, every order will have a confirmation email and tracking number once shipped. Please double check your spam folders and be sure to add us to your contacts.
If you have an online account, you can also find all of your order information by logging in.
Is my information secure?
Our website uses SSL encryption and our processes are PCI compliant. For an added layer of security, we do not allow customers to save credit card data in our online store.
Do you offer discounts for resellers or builders?
Short answer: Yes.
